Free PC Aircraft Simulator use (Cessna G1000 panel) is available for "Glass Cockpit" G-1000 Initial and Transition Training. This may help reduce aircraft time needed for a Pilot License or Rating by up to 7 hrs.

New Aircraft

  • Stanford Flying Club is the only Cessna Aircraft factory authorized Pilot Training Center at the Palo Alto Airport.
  • Offering 2008 and 2007 Cessna airplanes.
  • All aircraft have a visual Air Traffic Information Display, Terrain Proximity Information Display, Audio Alert systems and Dual GPS Navigators. In the increasingly busy skies, and in this day and age, flying without such information almost doesn't make sense anymore. Yet in this area, only Stanford Flying Club offers all these features on all its airplanes. Just one more good reason to Fly Stanford!
